Responsibilities

• New Product Development & Flow Process Development: develop new products and continuous flow processes for reactions.
• Screen reaction conditions (residence time, stoichiometry, mixing efficiency, heat transfer, pressure control).
• Optimize flow parameters using micro reactors, microfluidic reactors, packed bed reactors, tubular reactors, and coil reactors.
• Scale-up activities for new products, ensuring smooth transition from lab to pilot plant and full-scale production.
• Support plant commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure successful startup and operation; provide technical support to manufacturing and business teams.
• Data Entry and Document Preparation: ensure accurate and timely data entry for all R&D activities.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including experimental protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and implement SOPs for data management and documentation.

Job Summary

The Senior Research Scientist in Research & Development will be responsible for implementing cost reduction and process improvement initiatives, managing lab operations and safety, and supporting scale-up and plant commissioning activities.

• Optimize flow parameters using micro reactors, microfluidic reactors, packed bed reactors, tubular reactors, and coil reactors.
• Scale-up, Commissioning, Plant Support/Business Support:
• Scale-up activities for new products, ensuring smooth transition from lab to pilot plant and full-scale production.
• Support plant commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure successful startup and operation.Provide technical support to manufacturing and business teams to address production challenges and optimize processes
• Data Entry and Document Preparation:
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all R&D activities.
