Job summary

Genpact in India seeks a Sr. Research Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to transform data into actionable insights and visuals. You will execute research tasks, create compelling dashboards, and support reviews for stakeholders across projects.

The role requires strong analytics, data management, BI skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on data-driven initiatives. Night shifts and office-based work in India are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Analytics, CS or Statistics and a Master's in Data Science or equivalent.
• Certifications include Data Scientist - Naresh i Technologies and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate - Microsoft.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics, data management, data warehousing and BI tools.
