Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Data Analyst to manage end-to-end Learning Management System tasks, including course creation, enrollment, session setup, and instructor coordination.

You will maintain training calendars, coordinate nominations and certifications, and generate reports from LMS, ensuring audit trails and timely responses to employee queries while liaising with global process owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant analytics/education background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administrative tasks in LMS: course creation, enrollment, session setup, and instructor coordination.
