Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Sr. Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to advance our analytics capabilities in Pune. You will deliver dashboards, reports, and data models that drive decisions, while supporting client meetings with clear visuals.

The role emphasizes end-to-end BI tasks, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continual learning of advanced BI tools within a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. Night shifts in India are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree programs with strong analytical focus.
• Experience in BI reporting, data integration, and visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data governance and MDMs is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools and ETL processes.

• Execute assigned reporting tasks and deliver outputs.
• Support client presentations and updates with visuals.
