Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Representative, Operations in Bengaluru to perform data labeling tasks with high accuracy. You will review data, apply predefined labels, and document notes for unlabeled content while ensuring quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in data labeling or related fields, strong reading and communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Bachelor's degree is preferred, with prior customer service or data analysis experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience as a data labeler; 2 years preferred, open to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
• Experience in data labeling, ideally supporting similar programs in the relevant language.
• Proficient in FLP - minimum B2 level
• Exceptional reading, comprehension, and communication skills—both verbal and written, with the ability to concisely describe unlabeled content.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency, strong analytical thinking with an aptitude for root cause analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; a self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream – preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in customer service, data research, or data analysis roles will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define a “Golden Set” of labels by reviewing sample data and applying predefined labels to identify missing and/or unnecessary labels on a project.
• Complete assigned data labeling tasks in line with productivity and quality targets, defined per project.
• Add clear and concise notes where none of the labels apply to the content being reviewed.
• Review and map customer feedback during any gaps in labeling tasks.
• Work on projects that may involve listening to or reading case summaries and making annotations on quality across text and audio formats.
