Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective gold loan customers to maximize portfolio growth and retention.
• Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applications in compliance with bank policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing of gold loan disbursements and repayments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
• Monitor and manage the quality of the gold loan portfolio, minimizing NPAs through proactive engagement and recovery.
• Provide guidance and training to junior sales staff on gold loan products, sales techniques, and compliance.
