Job summary

Alghanim Industries in India is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional for shop-floor QC in fabrication. The incumbent should have 8–10 years in QA with deep knowledge of QA systems and procedures.

You will conduct quality audits, drive corrective and preventive actions, troubleshoot shop-floor quality issues, and train QA staff and engineers. Shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in shop-floor QA in fabrication industries.
• Strong knowledge of QA systems and procedures.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality meets fabrication parameters.
• Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot quality issues at shop floor and document findings.
• Train QA staff and engineers.
• Collaborate with internal customers to resolve QA concerns.
• Support shift operations as needed.

• Incumbent should be having minimum 8-10 years of experience in Quality Control Department with prior experience in fabrication industries only in shop-floor Quality Control. ( NOT FROM PROJECT BASE EXPERIENCE)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

• Candidate should be well versed with QA systems & procedures.
• Check & Inspect the product quality is within the parameters or not of Fabricated items produced
• Responsible for Quality Audit
• Corrective & Preventive action
• Effectively troubleshoot quality issues at the shop floor level
• Able to give training to the QA staff & engineers in his team.
• Incumbent should be willing to work in shifts.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

(Apart from regular activities )

• Should be able to troubleshoot concerns of internal customers with respect to QA issues.
