Molethu Pmc in India is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead estimation, BOQ preparation and cost management for high-end hotel projects. The role emphasizes MEP QS expertise, tender support, and strong command of AutoCAD and MS Office.

You will work on budgeting, cost control, and contract management, ensuring accurate billing, claims handling, and compliance with GCC & SCC standards. Prior hotel, mall, residential or hospital project exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying and cost management for large projects, especially MEP.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of hotels, malls, residentials or hospitals is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quantities, estimates, and BOQs for projects.
• Assist tender preparations including GCC & SCC.
• Support contract management, budgeting and cost control.
• Monitor costs, MIS reports, and rate analysis.
• Review bills, claims and extra items for payment.

• Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD
• MS - Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
