Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior QA Lead to drive quality engineering for AI-powered products and platforms in an on-site Mumbai role. You will guide QA strategy, oversee end-to-end testing across AI/ML domains, and mentor distributed QA teams within an Agile environment.

The role requires strong automation, API testing, and CI/CD experience, with deep knowledge of AI governance, data validation, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
• Strong expertise in test automation, API testing, CI/CD, and modern QA practices.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data validation, model testing, and AI governance requirements.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading distributed teams.

About the Role
