Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a Lead AI & QA Engineer to drive AI-driven quality engineering and test automation across the organization. You will lead quality platform initiatives, mentor engineers, and champion adoption of AI technologies in testing.

The role combines hands-on coding with strategic architecture, designing enterprise test frameworks, and advancing CI/CD and automation practices within delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, or software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET development.
• Experience as a QA Architect, Test Architect, or Principal QA Engineer.
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions within testing and quality engineering.
• Experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Amazon Q, etc.).
• Knowledge of RAG, MCP, AI Agents, and GenAI technologies.
• Experience with Selenium, automation framework architecture, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of Docker, Terraform, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Bellatrix or other modern automation frameworks.
