Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, backend frameworks, and system architecture, and will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Debug, test, and optimize existing applications
• Work with databases to design schemas and write optimized queries
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and services

• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years of professional experience in Python development
• Prior experience as a Python developer is desirable
• Expertise in at least one Python framework and a working knowledge of front-end technologies
• Understanding of how Object Relational Mapper libraries function
• Understanding of front-end programming languages
• Knowledge and ability to work using server-side templating languages
• Work on improving the server-side platform and web frameworks
• Ability to work with Python libraries(Pandas and Numpy)
• 48 years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming
• Extensive experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs / Microservices
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
