Job summary

Genpact is seeking a senior delivery professional to drive demand intake, program governance, and value realization across Conversational AI and GenAI initiatives. You will bridge business stakeholders with AI product leads, architecture, and security teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

In this role you will manage enterprise-scale digital transformation programs, lead cross-functional stakeholders, and coach teams to deliver AI-enabled business outcomes from roadmap to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degrees in business or analytics related fields.
• Certifications in business analysis and AI/cloud domains are preferred.
• Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs and AI initiatives.

Job Description

Drive demand intake, business engagement, backlog management, prioritization, program governance, executive communications, adoption tracking, and value realization across the Conversational AI and Generative AI portfolio. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, the AI Product Lead, Technical Architect, and Security & Governance teams to ensure AI initiatives are aligned to business objectives, prioritized effectively, and delivered successfully.

Experience

Good years of Business Analysis, Product Management, or Program Management experience. Experience in requirement gathering - running workshops with senior stakeholders. Good years managing enterprise-scale digital transformation programs. Good years working on Conversational AI, Automation, Copilot, GenAI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across Business, IT, Security, Compliance, and Operations. Proven experience managing AI demand pipelines, roadmaps, release planning, and prioritization processes. Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive committees.

Preferred Certifications

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) | PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis). AI Certifications Highly Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102). Microsoft Applied Skills: Build Generative AI Solutions.
