Qualifications

• Develops guidelines showing expertise within project teams.
• Lead multiple projects focusing on driving timely delivery and addressing blocking issues as needed. Builds out complex project schedules with ease.
• Demonstrating communication skills running multiple projects - impacting collaborators across the business. Can handle team conflicts.
• Taking action while there is still ambiguity, making decisions in a timely manner and driving for results. Prioritize and plan team resources to meet project commitments
• Has solid abilities for influencing multi-functional teams. Breaks down silos. Brings all teams together effectively.
• Understand metrics for financial discussions at a project level (NPV, IRR, CER, etc)

Required

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• Total 10 + years of experience and out of 8 years of experience in project management
• Deep knowledge of hybrid project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles
• Proficiency in Jira project management software and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Influences system architecture, defines technical strategies
• Strong technical curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
• Frequently recommends changes to meet customer needs
• Analyze technical documents and regulations
• Works on diverse and ambiguous problems, requiring deeper analysis

Preferred

• Experience in leading new product development projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
