Responsibilities

• Ensures project implementation and that work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into the project planning scenario.
• Monitors progress and produces accurate projections.
• Ensures other functions have access to current reports and projections; delivers relevant reports to customers.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy.
• Applies best practices and understands how the own area integrates with others, staying aware of competition and differentiating factors.
• Uses judgment to propose alternative solutions beyond set parameters for complex manufacturing processes.
• Draws on technical experience and analytical thinking, sourcing information from multiple internal and limited external sources to make decisions.
• Serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
• May lead small projects with low risk and limited resource requirements.
• Explains information and develops skills to bring team members to consensus.
• Conveys performance expectations and handles sensitive issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management & Project Planning.
• Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
