Job summary

Freyr Energy is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and maintain the product roadmap, lead end-to-end project execution, and ensure user adoption. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with business units, streamline workflows, and establish quality benchmarks across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or related role.
• Strong product thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.
• Good understanding of systems, APIs, and integrations.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and handle escalations effectively.
• Experience building processes, frameworks, and operational structures from the ground up.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring teams with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities
