Job summary

Mindtickle, India-based, is seeking an experienced product designer to own the seller's daily experience in an AI-first platform. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design to shape advanced AI-powered experiences from framing to launch.

You will join a global design team, contribute to a scalable design system, and mentor others while delivering high-quality screens and interactions that earn user trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex products, mostly in B2B SaaS.
• Shipped work on AI-powered products and managed uncertainty and user trust.
• Experience designing workflow-heavy tools for professionals; CRM or revenue products a plus.
• A portfolio showing problem framing, options explored, and rationale.
• Strong interaction and visual craft; proficient with design systems/UI libraries.
• Systems thinking and modeling before screens.
• Prototyping in Figma and AI prototyping tools; front-end skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for the sellers' daily experience, from problem framing to prototypes and post-launch iteration.
• Break ambiguous problems into clear bets and sequenced plans for product and engineering.
• Design AI-native experiences with trusted guidance and generated content.
• Design for multiple roles across accounts, including admins, reps, managers, and buyers.
• Create reusable patterns and contribute to the design system.
• Use research and data to make decisions and measure impact after release.
• Make scope, quality, and speed judgments and negotiate with partners.

About the Role

Sellers today jump between a dozen tools to prepare for a meeting, run a deal, and keep buyers engaged. Were bringing that work into one place, built AI-first, where the system knows the deal, suggests the next best move, and keeps seller and buyer on the same page.

Youll own a piece of the experience sellers use every day to prepare and win their deals, and set the direction for where it goes next. Youll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design, on state of the art AI powered experiences, from problem framing through launch. We hold a high bar for craft, so we are looking for people who can outdesign AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for the sellers daily experience, from problem framing and research through prototypes, high-fidelity design, and post-launch iteration.
• Break ambiguous problems into clear bets and a sequenced plan that product and engineering can act on.
• Design AI-native experiences where recommended practice and training, generated content, and conversational interfaces earn the sellers trust and leave them in control.
• Design for multiple roles, looking at the same account (enablement admins, sales reps, managers, and buyers), each seeing what they need.
• Create patterns and frameworks that keep experiences consistent across surfaces and channels, and contribute them back to the design system.
• Use research and product data to make decisions, and measure the impact of your work after launch.
• Make judgment calls on scope, quality, and speed, and negotiate them openly with your partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex products, mostly in B2B SaaS.
• Shipped work on AI-powered products. Show us how you handled uncertainty, errors, and user trust.
• Experience designing workflow-heavy tools for professionals. Experience with sales, CRM, or revenue products is a plus.
• A portfolio that shows your thinking: the problem, the options you rejected, and why. Polished screens alone wont get you through.
• Strong interaction and visual craft, and fluency in working with design systems and UI libraries.
• Systems thinking: you design the underlying model before the screens.
• You prototype to think, in Figma and AI prototyping tools such as Claude Design or Figma Make. Front-end skills are a big plus.
• You’re comfortable with incomplete information and can bring a team to a decision.
• A link to your portfolio is mandatory to be considered for this role.
