Mindtickle is seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to shape and own user experiences across our content platform for enablement teams and sellers. You will craft intuitive flows, use data-driven insights, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

You will drive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while mentoring junior designers and staying current with AI and design-system trends to keep Mindtickle at the forefront of revenue

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS.
• Portfolio demonstrating complex problem solving and AI product design.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate product designer with an unwavering commitment to user-centered design. This passion translates into flawless execution, leveraging a deep understanding of design patterns to create best-in-class experiences across a variety of user journeys that are part of the Mindtickle content platform.

You will play a pivotal role in defining the strategy and vision for managing, generating, and sharing content for our key personas - enablement admin and sellers. Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will design intuitive, engaging experiences that help revenue teams succeed.

Responsibilities

• Bring coherence to the content platform workflows, unifying AI content creation workflows and governance into one delightful experience for customers
• From concept to delivery, you will be responsible for defining the user experience, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Deeply understand user needs and behaviors: Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
• Design scalable, AI-enhanced, enterprise-grade analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
• Create frameworks and patterns that enable consistent visualization approaches across different feature areas and user journeys
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in design and AI.
• Mentor and partner with junior designers to share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving. Experience with designing AI products is a must-have.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Strategically builds consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities
• Manages project expectations through appropriate visibility, negotiating scope and timelines to preserve design integrity while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
• Good understanding of design systems, UI libraries, and knowledge of how to build with these.

• Navigates ambiguity and incomplete information confidently
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools like Claude Design, Figma Make etc.
• A link to your portfolio is mandatory to be considered for this role
