Job summary

Mindtickle is seeking a design-focused product designer to own the seller's daily experience in our AI-first platform, collaborating with PM, Eng, UX Research, and Content Design to craft state-of-the-art experiences from problem framing to launch.

You will design AI-native interfaces for deals, enablement admins, sales reps, managers, and buyers; manage ambiguity, ship workflows, and contribute to the design system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex products.
• Shipped AI-powered product experiences and managed uncertainty.
• Experience with sales, CRM, or revenue tools is a plus.
• A portfolio showing problem framing and options considered.
• Strong interaction and visual craft; fluent with design systems.

About the Role

Sellers today jump between a dozen tools to prepare for a meeting, run a deal, and keep buyers engaged. We're bringing that work into one place, built AI-first, where the system knows the deal, suggests the next best move, and keeps seller and buyer on the same page.

You'll own a piece of the experience sellers use every day to prepare and win their deals, and set the direction for where it goes next. You'll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design, on state of the art AI powered experiences, from problem framing through launch. We hold a high bar for craft, so we are looking for people who can outdesign AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for the seller's daily experience, from problem framing and research through prototypes, high-fidelity design, and post-launch iteration.

• Break ambiguous problems into clear bets and a sequenced plan that product and engineering can act on.

• Design AI-native experiences where recommended practice and training, generated content, and conversational interfaces earn the seller's trust and leave them in control.

• Design for multiple roles, looking at the same account (enablement admins, sales reps, managers, and buyers), each seeing what they need.

• Create patterns and frameworks that keep experiences consistent across surfaces and channels, and contribute them back to the design system.

• Use research and product data to make decisions, and measure the impact of your work after launch.

• Make judgment calls on scope, quality, and speed, and negotiate them openly with your partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex products, mostly in B2B SaaS.

• Shipped work on AI-powered products. Show us how you handled uncertainty, errors, and user trust.

• Experience designing workflow-heavy tools for professionals. Experience with sales, CRM, or revenue products is a plus.

• A portfolio that shows your thinking: the problem, the options you rejected, and why. Polished screens alone won't get you through.

• Strong interaction and visual craft, and fluency in working with design systems and UI libraries.

• Systems thinking: you design the underlying model before the screens.

• You're comfortable with incomplete information and can bring a team to a decision.

• A link to your portfolio is mandatory to be considered for this role.
