Job summary

TalentClub in Mumbai is seeking a senior product designer to lead end-to-end design for our life/health insurance SaaS platform. You will shape product strategy, mentor teammates, and collaborate with PMs and engineers to deliver scalable, data-driven experiences.

The role emphasizes UX leadership, design systems, accessibility, and stakeholder storytelling to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Six+ years designing complex digital products for enterprise/B2B SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and measurable impact.
• Experience in regulated industries like healthcare is highly preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and scale product experiences.
• Deep knowledge of UX, interaction design, IA, visual design, and design systems.
• Expertise in user research methods and turning insights into improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for complex product areas—from discovery, research, and ideation to prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research, transforming customer insights into actionable product decisions.
• Create scalable interaction models, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system by establishing reusable components, patterns, and standards.
• Champion usability, accessibility, consistency, and design quality across the product ecosystem.
• Communicate design rationale effectively through storytelling, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor designers by sharing best practices, providing constructive feedback, and fostering design excellence.

1. Design seamless, intuitive experiences across multiple platforms, balancing simple mobile workflows for field agents with powerful, data-rich web experiences for administrators.

What We're Looking For :-

1. 6+ years of experience designing complex digital products, with significant experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, strategic thinking, and measurable business impact.
3. Experience designing products within healthcare services or other highly regulated, data-intensive industries is highly preferred.
4. Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and build scalable product experiences.
5. Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and design systems.
6. Expertise in user research methodologies and translating insights into product improvements.
7. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
8. A systems-thinking mindset with a passion for solving meaningful customer problems.
