Job summary

Sevanun Private Limited invites applications for a senior UX designer to lead end-to-end design across mobile apps, care platforms, and clinical interfaces. You will translate complex clinical workflows into simple, accessible experiences, conduct user research, and deliver production-ready specifications.

We require 3–5 years of product design experience, with healthcare exposure, strong Figma skills, and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product design experience, incl. at least 2 years in healthcare.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design from research to shipped products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma with components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience with UX research methodologies including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, EMR/EHR systems, and clinical workflow design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work across technical and clinical teams.
• Degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design including user research, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specifications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with patients, clinicians, and healthcare administrators.
• Translate complex clinical workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and scalable design system components in Figma.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Affairs on user-centered and compliant solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with WCAG 2.1 AA and HIPAA-aligned usability practices.
• Present design concepts to technical, business, and clinical stakeholders.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX specifications.
• Contribute to design system governance and consistency across products.

Minimum Qualifications

3–5 years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare, health tech, or med-tech having passion for improving healthcare experiences through thoughtful design.

Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, accessibility, and compliance.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design from research to shipped products. Expert-level proficiency in Figma including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.

Hands-on experience with UX research methodologies including interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and workflow analysis.

Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Familiarity with HIPAA, EMR/EHR systems, and clinical workflow design.
