Qualifications

• 6+ years designing complex digital products, with enterprise or B2B SaaS experience.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design and measurable business impact.
• Experience in healthcare services or other regulated, data-intensive industries preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and build scalable product experiences.
• Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and design systems.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and translating insights into product improvements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

1. Design seamless, intuitive experiences across multiple platforms, balancing simple mobile workflows for field agents with powerful, data-rich web experiences for administrators.

2. Own end-to-end design for complex product areas—from discovery, research, and ideation to prototyping, validation, and delivery.

3. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.

4. Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research, transforming customer insights into actionable product decisions.

5. Create scalable interaction models, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.

6. Contribute to and continuously evolve the design system by establishing reusable components, patterns, and design standards.

What We're Looking For :-
