Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a Sr. Process Mining Analyst to design and deploy Celonis-driven process intelligence solutions.

You will work as an individual contributor to translate business needs into technical Celonis configurations and data models. You will build data extraction pipelines with standard and custom connectors, optimize ETL operations, and analyze process data to identify inefficiencies with Vertica SQL.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in analytics, CS, statistics or data science.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• English language proficiency (Advanced - C1).

• Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Strong experience working on setting up data extraction pipeline with both out-of-the-box connectors as well as building custom connectors.

• Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities – Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.

• Experience working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis.

• Experience in optimizing the performance of data pipelines.

• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Own individual deliverables end to end, from build through unit testing and handover
