Job summary

Genpact, Mumbai-based, seeks a Lead Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to drive Process Intelligence initiatives. The role demands hands-on Celonis ETL, data pipeline optimization, and strong SQL for data modeling within a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

You will own technical design, guide the team, and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, leveraging Vertica SQL and advanced BI practices. Hybrid work model in India.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Celonis ETL: extraction, transformations, data pools and data jobs.
• Strong SQL for data modeling and Celonis activities.
• Proficiency in English (Advanced - C1).

Responsibilities

• Independently lead a data engineering team delivering Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis.
• Own the technical design, build quality, and delivery of the team’s workstream with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Lead the setup of data extraction pipelines with out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
• Drive optimization of data pipeline performance and monitor data quality.
• Mentor data engineers and ensure code reviews and build best practices are followed.
