Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics - F&A to drive data-driven decisions, develop dashboards, and report to stakeholders. You will mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring data accuracy and documentation standards.

This role operates in a hybrid setup in India, focusing on finance and accounting analytics, with exposure to advanced AI-powered analytics storytelling and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics, CS, statistics or data science.
• Strong data modeling, reporting, and dashboarding capabilities.
• Experience with FP&A processes and financial systems is preferred.
