Job summary

Raj Industries in India seeks a seasoned Process Engineer to lead process design and operation management. You will oversee erection and commissioning of fatty acid and soap production lines, ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of oleochemical processes, pre-commissioning activities, and the ability to develop process flows and technical annexures for key equipment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in process design and operation management.
• Hands-on experience with erection and commissioning of FA distillation and soap lines.
• Knowledge of oleo chemical process design and pre-commissioning activities.
• Ability to develop process flows and technical annexures.
• Experience with production scheduling and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Capable of Managing Process Engineering with extensive experience in process design and Operation Management.
• Hands on experience on erection and commissioning of plants - Fatty Acid Fractional Distillation, Glycerine Distillation, Soap Finishing line, Soap Cutter, Soap noodles and Stearic Acid.
• Understand Process Design & Engineering for Oleo Chemical Plan.
• Understands all Pre-commissioning activities.
• Create technical sheets for pumps, vessels, separators, control valves, packing, instruments, and other critical equipment such as PHE and shell & tube heat exchangers
• Ensure that project is complete and ready for commissioning as per schedule
• Develop Process Flows and Technical annexures.
• Check layout drawings for operational and safety aspects, ensuring compliance.
• Capable of production scheduling and  compliance adherence.
