Job summary

Knack RCM in Mohali, India seeks an experienced US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management specialist to manage AR follow-up, denials, and claim resolution for US clients.

You will work night shifts supporting US operations, with exposure to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and opportunities for career growth, learning and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Hands-on AR follow-up and insurance calling experience.
• Strong understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle processes.
• Experience with denial management, appeals, and claim resolution.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines.
• Ability to analyze claim denials and identify resolution strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Experience handling complex AR accounts is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up and Insurance Calling
• Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle processes
• Experience in Denial Management, Appeals, and Claim Resolution
• Good knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance guidelines
• Ability to analyze claim denials and identify appropriate resolution strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
