Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AR (Accounts Receivable) Executives with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, and denial management. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding insurance claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare medical billing.
• Review and analyze unpaid, underpaid, and denied insurance claims.
• Handle denial management, identify denial reasons, and take appropriate action for resolution.
• Contact insurance companies to check claim status and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Work on claim rejections, appeals, and resubmissions.
• Identify and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to reduce AR days and improve collections.
