The role requires clear communication, analytical thinking, and knowledge of medical billing processes. You will document activities, generate reports, and maintain compliant, accurate claim handling to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
• Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Experience handling insurance follow‑up and denial management.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to understand US accents.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare billing software.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending, denied, rejected, or underpaid claims.
• Investigate claim status and identify reasons for payment delays.
• Take appropriate actions to ensure prompt claim resolution and reimbursement.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Analyze claim denials and rejections to determine root causes.
• Coordinate with billing, coding, and other internal teams to resolve claim issues.
• Submit corrected claims and appeals as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of actions taken.
• Accurately record call outcomes and claim updates in the billing system.
