Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Principal Consultant for Enterprise Application- EPM N. The role leads EPM engagements across planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation, translating business requirements into scalable EPM solutions with Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Anaplan or OneStream.

You will drive design, data modeling, and performance optimization while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adoption and success of EPM capabilities. Mentoring and practice development are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in computer engineering, CS or IT.
• Master's degree in software engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience leading EPM / Enterprise Performance Management programs and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPM consulting engagements across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Translate requirements into scalable EPM solutions using Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or OneStream.
• Drive design and delivery excellence with data modeling, integration, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to guide decision-making and adoption of EPM capabilities.
• Mentor consultants and solution leads to build domain expertise and delivery capability.
• Contribute to practice development through reusable assets and strategic pursuits.
• Ensure governance, risk, and quality standards across engagements.

Lead EPM consulting engagements across strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation, ensuring alignment with client performance goals. Translate complex business requirements into scalable EPM solutions using platforms such as Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or OneStream. Drive solution design and delivery excellence by applying best practices in data modeling, integration, and performance optimization. Collaborate with client stakeholders to guide decision‑making, manage expectations, and ensure successful adoption of EPM capabilities. Mentor consultants and solution leads, fostering domain expertise and delivery capability across the EPM function. Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, thought leadership, and participation in strategic pursuits. Ensure compliance with delivery governance, risk protocols, and quality standards across all EPM engagements.
