Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Manager - Business Finance for its India operations. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, and driving strategic financial insights for complex business units.

You will partner with senior leadership, oversee budgeting processes, and ensure policy compliance while mentoring finance professionals to enhance business acumen. The position is office-based in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or master's degrees in finance, accounting or economics.
• Advanced certifications in finance (CFA/CPA/ CMA) preferred.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and controls.
• Proven leadership of finance teams and cross-functional partners.
