Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pega Solutions Developer at the Senior level to work with a dynamic team for digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using the Pega platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in Pega PRPC, a strong understanding of BPM and the ability to architect scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

As a Senior Pega Solutions Developer, you will collaborate with cross functional teams and serve as a subject matter expert in Pega technologies. You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensure successful delivery of complex projects for the organization. As the team grows, you will be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to other junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
