Job summary

Iron Systems in Mohali, India, is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure project manager/coordinator to lead end-to-end network deployments and multi-project delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement and services, and manage client relationships.

The role requires 5-9 years in IT infrastructure project management, strong communication, and ability to work across time zones with a USA shift. Remote work initially, with office optional as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience.
• End-to-end IT network deployment experience (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Excellent external-facing communication with ability to deliver high-stakes client presentations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to bridge customer needs with internal teams.
• Experience in solution design and implementation in Infrastructure and Networking domains.
• Managed multiple deployments using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Billing and invoicing management.
• Team SLA management and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management services for Network deployments, including resource planning as per forecast.
• Task allocation and planning with cross-functional teams.
• Regular project tracking and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, risks and communication to stakeholders.
• Study deployment procedures and coordinate with teams.

Qualification

1. 5-9 Years of IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience
2. End-to-end IT network infrastructure deployment experience (Router, Switches, firewalls, wireless etc)
3. Excellent external-facing communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-stakes customer presentations and manage long-term client relationships.
4. Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, adept at bridging the gap between customer needs and internal cross-functional teams.
5. Remote work initially, but willing to start from the office if asked.
6. Shift timing would be a USA shift.

Infrastructure Project Management/Coordination

• Experience in solution design and implementation in Infrastructure and Networking domains
• Strong background in managing multiple, concurrent deployment projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Provide Project Management services for Network deployments, including
• Resource planning as per forecast
• Task allocation and planning
• Regular project tracking and updates
• Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
• Study infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with Teams.
• Scheduling remote resources, managing access, tracking projects during execution, and extending necessary support.
• Work with customers for requirement gathering.
• Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks.
• Revise documents as new issues arise
• Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements
• Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to Infrastructure TPMs
• Proven ability to manage diverse technical teams, with strong emotional intelligence (EQ) to foster inclusive collaboration and effectively mediate complex team or stakeholder conflicts.
