Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc in Mohali, India seeks an experienced IT infrastructure project manager to coordinate end-to-end network deployments and drive project milestones.

The role requires 8-12 years of PM/coordination experience, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and preferred ITIL/PMP certifications. Remote work is available initially, with on-site activity in Mohali as needed for a US-shift work pattern.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience.
• End-to-end IT network infrastructure deployment experience (Router, Switches, firewalls, wireless, etc.)
• Good in communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• ITIL and PMP certification will be preferred.
• Remote work initially, but willing to start from the office (Mohali) if asked.
• Shift timing would be a US shift.

Responsibilities

• Experience in solution design and implementation in Infrastructure and Networking domains.
• Provide project management services for network deployments, including resource planning/Task allocation and planning and Regular project tracking and updates.
• Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
• Study infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgMs/Planners.
• Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks.
• Revise documents as new issues arise.
• Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements.
• Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to infrastructure TPMs.
