Job summary

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company in Nashik seeks a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering holder with 6–12 years of machine shop experience to drive production targets. You will program VTL, VMC and Hobber machines, supervise a team of 10+ operators, and ensure safety, 5S and QMS compliance on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include production planning, coordinating with marketing and dispatch, and hands-on in-process inspection.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6–12 years in a machine shop.
• Hands-on knowledge of VTL, VMC, drill and hobber machines.
• Awareness of safety and safe work practices.
• Experience in in-process inspection of manufacturing processes.
• Overall machine shop production experience to meet monthly targets.
• Knowledge of production planning and manpower handling of a team 10+.
• Knowledge of QMS and 5S.
• Knowledge of latest manufacturing processes and programming knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Program VTL, VMC and Hobber machines.
• Execute production planning to meet monthly targets set by Marketing & Dispatch.
• Supervise and manage a team of 10+ operators.
• Ensure safety, 5S and QMS compliance on the shop floor.

• Over all expireince in macine shop production & to hit the monthly targets as per schedule.
• Programming knowledge of VTL,VMC & Hobber Machine.Knowledge of production planning,execute production of monthly targets given by Marketing & Dispatch activities.Expirience of Manpower handling of team 10 or more people.
• Knowledge of programming of machines.VTL,VMC,Hobbing etc.
• Need awareness of QMS & 5S.
• Knowledge of latest manufacturing process & also new programming knowledge is required.
