Job summary

Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited in Nashik seeks a Junior Engineer (MO6-III) in the General Machining Department. You will prepare and operate CNC machines, read drawings, load materials, and run full cycles to meet part specifications.

You will supervise machine operators, inspect finished products, maintain daily machine health, and support Kaizen and 5S activities. Expertise with Sinumerik 840D, Fanuc, and Mazatrol is essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings to ensure correct part features.
• Experience with CNC machining and tooling.
• Knowledge of Kaizen and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks.

-Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks

-Understand specifications of the task and the desired result by reading mechanical drawings etc.

-Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines

-Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications -Set machines to complete full cycles for machining of number of parts

-Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result -Inspect and measure finished products

-Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
