Job summary

CBTS in India is seeking a network professional to lead design, configuration, deployment and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure across routing and segmentation domains. You will drive end-to-end projects from planning to implementation.

This role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, security policy enforcement, observability, and documentation, with a focus on resilience, capacity planning and standardization across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, deployment and optimization of network infrastructure, routing policies and segmentation.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, problem management, RCA, performance optimization and escalations handling.
• Support network upgrades, migrations, patching, software upgrades, capacity management and resilience improvements.
• Implement network security controls, ACLs, firewall policies, zero trust segmentation and access governance.
• Ensure end-to-end network observability, monitoring integration and proactive detection of performance degradation.
• Create and maintain network architecture documentation, operational runbooks and engineering standards.
• Provide technical SME support for new solutions / presales sizing and infra transformation initiatives.
• KPIs include network availability, change management success rate and throughput/latency improvements.
