Qualifications

• 10+ years experience with international teams and reporting to global headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all local procurement operations in India, ensuring compliance with global procurement guidelines and best practices.

• Execute hands-on procurement processes, including tendering, supplier selection, and contract management.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis for the Global Procurement Director and India local management as needed.
• Support change management initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement practices.
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, vendor management, and risk management within the local procurement function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and global HQ to ensure alignment.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key local suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure quality and sustainability standards.
