Sidvik Associates seeks a Real Estate Manager to lead valuation mandates in Mumbai's financial sector. The role requires deep expertise in real estate valuation, FSI, ready reckoner rates, and market dynamics, with banking/financial institution experience.

You will independently manage assignments from instruction to final report, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment, while liaising with lenders for credit decisions and NPA resolutions.

Formación

• 8–12 years of real estate valuation experience.

Experience Minimum 8-12 years in real estate valuation, with demonstrable experience in corporate / high-value mandates. Strong working knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market - FSI, ready reckoner rates, micro-market dynamics, development regulations, and transaction evidence. Experience working with banks or financial institutions - understanding of how lenders use valuations in credit decisions, NPA resolution, and SARFAESI proceedings. Proven ability to independently manage mandates from instruction to final report without hand-holding.
