Responsibilities

• Independently execute and manage valuation assignments end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Independently execute and manage valuation assignments on an end-to-end basis.
• – Undertake valuation studies and demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant valuation methodologies and industry practices.
• – Manage the team and monitor the team’s work on the day-to-day execution of assignments.
• – Review analyses, reports, financial models, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.
• – Act as a key point of contact for clients, address client queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
• – Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support smooth project delivery across multiple assignments.
• – Take ownership of critical departmental responsibilities to ensure high-quality client servicing and operational efficiency.

Experience:

• – 3+ years of relevant valuation experience
• – Candidates should have hands-on experience in undertaking valuation assignments across real estate and related asset classes.

Educational Qualification:

• – Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) – Finance, and/or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil / BE Civil)
• – Other relevant qualifications may also be considered based on overall experience and suitability.
