Job summary

Kraycol Stationery is seeking an experienced Packaging Development lead to drive new packaging formats from concept to launch. You will collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality and Procurement to deliver compliant, cost-effective packaging solutions.

You will select materials, conduct tests, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and supplier evaluation. This role offers growth within a hands-on, cross-functional team in Karnataka, India.
