The role focuses on growing the organization’s presence in the Data Centre market by securing approvals, building key relationships, and ensuring transformers are included in AVL lists for hyperscalers, consultants, EPCs, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Data Centre business strategy for the company.
• Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders across the Data Centre ecosystem, including hyperscalers (Amazon AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.).
• Drive the approval process to ensure transformers are included in AVL and preferred supplier lists.
• Engage with design consultants and technical teams during early project planning to influence product specifications.
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project teams.
• Represent the organisation during technical discussions, consultant meetings, product presentations, and customer evaluations.
• Track upcoming Data Centre projects and identify business opportunities from concept to execution.

Job Purpose

To establish and grow the organizations presence in the rapidly expanding Data Centre market by driving business development, securing product approvals, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring inclusion of the companys transformers in approved vendor lists of hyperscalers, consultants, EPC contractors, and Data Centre developers.

The role will be instrumental in positioning the organization as a preferred transformer supplier for Data Centre projects and developing a sustainable business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Data Centre business strategy for the company business.
• Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders across the Data Centre ecosystem, including:
• Hyperscalers (Amazon AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, etc.)
• Data Centre developers
• EPC contractors
• Electrical consultants
• Design consultants
• Drive the approval process to ensure the companys transformers are included in approved vendor lists (AVL) and preferred supplier lists.
• Engage with design consultants and technical teams during the early project planning stage to influence product specifications.
• Understand customer technical requirements and translate them into internal actions by coordinating with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project teams.
• Represent the organization during technical discussions, consultant meetings, product presentations, and customer evaluations.
• Track upcoming Data Centre projects and identify business opportunities from project conceptualization through execution.
