Job summary

Masters Union seeks a highly driven Senior Manager/Manager Corporate Relations to lead recruiter outreach, placement processes, and employer relationships for the PGP TBM program. You will partner with senior leadership to manage key accounts and initiatives, acting as the external representative to HR leaders, CEOs, founders, and ecosystem players.

• 2-7 years of work experience in corporate relations, business development, education sales, or similar roles.
• Experience in BD across regions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruiter Outreach & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers to generate opportunities for full-time roles, internships, and live projects.
• Placement Execution: Manage end-to-end placement cycle, including JD collection, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer validation.
• New Employer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new recruiters across sectors such as consulting, finance, product, marketing, operations.
• Campus Drives & Hiring Campaigns: Plan and execute campus recruitment drives and targeted hiring cohorts.
• Employer Engagement Activities: Support CXO mixers, webinars, and industry networking sessions.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, track outreach, monitor conversions, and prepare placement reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Career Prep, Student Affairs, Academics, and Alumni Relations teams.
• Strategic Projects Support: Assist leadership in market mapping and expanding corporate partnerships domestically and internationally.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional to join our Corporate Relations team in the flagship PGP TBM program. As the Sr Manager/Manager Corporate Relations, you will be responsible for driving recruiter outreach, managing placement processes, and ensuring strong employer relationships to deliver exceptional career outcomes for Masters Union PGP TBM students. You will work closely with senior leadership while independently managing key accounts and initiatives.

You will be a key external representative of Masters Union, forging high-value relationships with HR leaders, CEOs, Founders, and ecosystem enablers.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiter Outreach & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers across industries to generate opportunities for full-time roles, internships, and live projects.

Placement Execution Manage the end-to-end placement cycle, including JD collection, student shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer validation.

• New Employer Acquisition Identify and onboard new recruiters across sectors such as consulting, finance, product, marketing, operations, and emerging industries.
• Campus Drives & Hiring Campaigns Plan and execute campus recruitment drives and targeted hiring cohorts in alignment with company needs and student profiles.
• Employer Engagement Activities Support the planning and execution of employer branding events such as CXO mixers, webinars, and industry networking sessions.

Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach efforts, monitor conversions, and prepare regular placement status reports for internal stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with Career Prep, Student Affairs, Academics, and Alumni Relations teams to ensure seamless student readiness and employer satisfaction.
• Support in Strategic Projects Assist senior leadership in executing special projects, market mapping, and expanding corporate partnerships domestically and internationally.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• 2-7 years of work experience in corporate relations, business development, education sales, or similar roles.
• Experience in business development or partnerships across regions is a plus.
• Excellent B2B relationship-building and sales ability; strong CXO-level presence.
• Ability to lead end-to-end partnerships from identification to execution.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition trends and job markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
