Job summary

TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. in Mumbai (BKC) seeks a Senior Manager Regulatory Legal Advisory with 8-10 years of experience to provide strategic regulatory guidance across Securities & Capital Markets.

You will advise on SEBI Act, LODR, ICDR, Companies Act, IBC, and other securities laws; review notices and legal documents; track regulatory developments; and support litigation with research.

Qualifications

• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters relating to Securities & Capital Markets.
• Advise on SEBI Act, LODR, ICDR, Companies Act, IBC, and securities laws and regulations.
• Review regulatory notices, orders, show-cause notices, and legal documents.
• Track and interpret new SEBI regulations, circulars, amendments, and judicial developments.
• Draft/review responses to regulators and enforcement authorities.
• Provide legal inputs on policies, SOPs, consultation papers, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams, regulators, external counsel, and capital-market stakeholders.
• Support litigation strategy through legal research and judicial precedents.
• Manage and mentor the legal team and conduct legal/regulatory awareness session
