Tally Solutions' Corporate Information Systems (CIS) unit in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Manager Information Technology to oversee production and cloud infrastructure, ensure L3 support per SLAs, implement security policies, and drive system reliability and audit compliance. You will lead IT budgets and a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates bring Linux mastery, cloud and data center expertise, database knowledge (MySQL/MariaDB/MongoDB), scripting, automation, and familiarity with ITIL

Qualifications

• Experience managing and improving Linux systems.
• Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms, setup, monitoring and security.
• Understanding of Cloud and Data Center setup and management.
• Knowledge of databases: MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with ITIL and cloud certifications is a plus.

What You Will Own

As a Senior Manager Information Technology, you will be responsible for maintaining production and cloud infrastructure, including application and database infrastructure on the cloud. Responsible to provide L3 support as per the defined SLAs independently. Execute procedures and activities in accordance with audit guidelines; Implement and follow security policies. Defines improvements increased system reliability and performance. Ensures that the timelines are met for all activities. Able to manage IT Budgets.

Experience You Should Bring

• Skilled in managing and improving Linux systems.
• Experienced in using AWS or Azure cloud platforms, including setup, monitoring, and security.
• Clear understanding of Cloud and Data Center setup, best practices, and management.
• Good knowledge of database management, including MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB.
• Familiar with VMWare and Storage Area Networks (SAN).
• Expert in scripting with Shell, Perl, or Python.
• Experience with container tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
• Strong understanding of network protocols like DNS, HTTP, FTP, and SMTP.
• Comfortable working in a team environment and well-organized with good time management skills.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL) and Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Linux are a plus.
• Can work independently, Honest and operates with integrity. Strong team player.
