Position Overview

The Sr. Manager - Inventory Controller will oversee the end‑to‑end inventory management process, ensuring optimal stock levels, efficient supply chain operations, and alignment with HCP Wellness’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods for production.
• Process Optimization: Streamline inventory processes, including receiving, storage, and distribution, to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Data Analysis & Forecasting: Utilize inventory management software to analyze trends, forecast demand, and generate reports to support production planning and procurement.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure inventory meets HCP Wellness’s stringent standards for safety and compliance.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of inventory staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply chain disruptions.
• Compliance: Ensure inventory practices comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
