Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Payments Product Owner with strong expertise in ACH, Bulk Payments Processing, Cross-Border Payments, and MT‑MX migration initiatives. The role involves driving payment modernization and commercialization programs for global banking clients while managing product roadmaps, business requirements, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in payments along with strong stakeholder management and product ownership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Payments product roadmap and delivery priorities.
• Lead initiatives across ACH, Bulk Payments, and Cross-Border Payments transformation.
• Drive MT to MX migration and ISO 20022‑related payment modernization programs.
• Work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to define product vision and requirements.
• Create and manage Epics, User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Support commercialization strategies for payments products and services.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams for solution delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and payment processing standards.
• Engage with global stakeholders and client teams for successful program execution.

Mandatory Skills
