You’ll Do

Lead: Build and lead a world-class engineering team from scratch — backend, frontend, AI/ML, DevOps.
Own the stack: Architect, ship, and optimize systems across Java, Spring Boot, Python, Angular, Postgres, NLP, AI Agents, Langchain, LLMs, Voice Agents and cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
Ship fast: Set up high-velocity development practices that balance scrappy MVPs with long-term stability.
Hire smart: Help build a top-tier engineering culture with smart hiring, mentorship, and hands-on code reviews.
Bridge product <> tech: Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to launch features rapidly and reliably.
Make technical bets: Choose the right tech and architecture to scale securely and cost-effectively.

You Should Have

8–12 years of total experience with at least 2+ years in tech leadership or team lead capacity.
Proven hands-on skills in backend development (Java/Spring Boot, Python), frontend (Angular/React), and cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
Experience in early-stage startups or an entrepreneurial mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong system design and architecture thinking with an eye toward scale.
Prior experience working with AI/ML teams and latest AI agentic models is a plus.
Ability to write code, debug performance issues, and ship fixes quickly.
Hunger to own and build—not just manage. You’ll be a builder, not a delegator.
