Job summary

McDonald’s India is seeking a senior professional to lead the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) program in Hyderabad. You will own end-to-end CLM with Icertis, partner with Procurement, IT, Legal, Real Estate, Franchising and Finance, and drive improvements across governance and data integrity.

The role requires 10+ years in CLM with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree with 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of CLM experience. Experience with Icertis is a plus.
• 2+ years' experience managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements.
• Own the CLM solution deployment and oversee adoption across the business.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead regular reviews of the CLM system to meet business needs and drive efficiency.

Role Overview

McDonald’s has set an ambition to become a leader in contract lifecycle management. To make this happen, we have launched Icertis for Indirect Procurement in certain markets and plan to launch Real Estate and Franchising in Q2 2027. This will help McDonald’s to better manage risk, leverage our scale and unlock sustainable value for our company and communities. We are transforming our Indirect Sourcing and Procurement capabilities, processes, solutions, and ways of working to create One McDonald’s Way of buying Indirect goods and services responsibly.

This role presents an exceptional career opportunity to be a part of this journey as the Lead for the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System. Reporting to General Counsel for the India Office, this role will own the end-to-end CLM solution (Icertis), supporting McDonald’s in its journey to becoming a contracting leader. It is expected that this role will work closely with Procurement, IT, Legal, Real Estate, Franchising, and broader business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive improvements.

Key responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement, which will involve gathering business requirements, supporting testing, and liaising between IT and end users to solve problem business problems by bridging gaps between business processes and technology.

Duties

• Serve as the Product Owner / expert and govern the products & platforms to drive enhancements, harmonize data and ensure scalability of systems (e.g., less customization) to drive a “One McDonald’s Way”
• Partner with key Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Franchising and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and embed new processes into system requirements. Prioritize system enhancements / upgrades based on factors like business value, risk, and resources.
• Own the functional deployment of new product solutions and provide support throughout the implementation process, including adoption of new products in the business, supporting change management and reporting workstreams.
• Lead regular reviews of the CLM solution and their ability to meet Procurement, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Franchising and business needs and facilitate effective and efficient processes.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree with overall 10+ years of experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in CLM Systems. Experience with Icertis is a plus
• 2+ years' experience managing multiple projects
• Proven ability to gather stakeholder requirements and drive Systems improvement initiatives.
• Experience in conducting influential discussions with leadership
