Qualifications

• 8–10 years of civil experience in power transmission or related infrastructure
• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required
• Experience in BOQ, costing, billing, and project documentation

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ for civil works and manage project costing and budget estimation
• Handle client billing and ensure timely submission
• Monitor and review civil scope progress and ensure quality and safety compliance
• Prepare Joint Measurement Certificates (JMC) and conduct site visits for quality inspection
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams; ensure timely project execution
• Interpret and review civil drawings using AutoCAD

Job Summary:

Technopower Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Manager (Civil) to manage civil engineering functions for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects (132/220 KV). The role involves project costing, billing, monitoring, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for civil works
• Project costing and budget estimation
• Handling client billing and ensuring timely submission
• Monitoring and reviewing project progress for civil scope
• Preparation of JMC (Joint Measurement Certificate)
• Conducting site visits for quality inspection and compliance
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and timelines
• Coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Performing regular field visits for project assessment
• Reviewing and interpreting civil drawings using AutoCAD

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of 132 KV / 220 KV transmission line and substation civil works
• Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, project estimation, and costing
• Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and interpretation
• Hands-on experience in client billing, measurement verification, and documentation processes
• Good understanding of construction quality standards, codes, and safety practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation/reporting tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure timely execution
• Experience in electrical line and substation construction within a factory environment or in other industries will also be considered.

Preferred Profile:

• Prior experience in power transmission / infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel for site inspections
