Humano Forte in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced professional to lead Pharmaceutical Sourcing, Supplier Partnerships & Strategic Procurement.

The role focuses on finished goods sourcing from third-party manufacturers, loan licensing for export markets, and strategic supplier development. You will build a robust supplier base, monitor performance and guide the sourcing team to deliver cost-competitive results.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Pharmacy, MBA preferred.
• Supply Chain Management certification will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement robust, cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with global suppliers.
• Build and maintain a strong base of strategic suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance across Quality, Delivery & Cost.
• Conduct market research and develop risk-mitigation strategies.
• Lead, coach and manage the sourcing team.
• Manage budgets, track spends and MIS reports.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead Pharmaceutical Sourcing, Supplier Partnerships & Strategic Procurement.

KEY REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must have strong experience in Pharma Sourcing, particularly in:
• Finished Goods sourcing from Third-Party Manufacturers
• Loan Licensing for export markets
• Strategic supplier development and management
